See it all from the sky

Dubai tripsIf you’re short on time and want to take stunning holiday pictures, a Seawings scenic flight is the ultimate way to explore Dubai .

You’ll get to see all of the world-famous sights on our award-winning 45 minute flight. Every seat has its own window ensuring uninterrupted views of the city. Soar from the water into the sky and take in stunning vistas of the Burj Khalifa, the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab Hotel, Palm Jumeirah and The World Islands - 300 islands built to resemble a world map.

You’ll even fly out across Dubai Marina see the new Ain Dubai – which will become the world’s largest observation wheel once completed in early 2018. Look down upon boats docking at Port Rashid and traditional Abras crossing Dubai Creek. Before you land take note of the impressive 150m high Dubai Frame which marks the border of Dubai’s historic centre and futuristic downtown heart.

It’s a wonderful experience to share with your friends and family, and makes for one of the most memorable Dubai trips you can take!

The Dubai Fountains are best seen at night

Dubai tripsThe Dubai Fountains are a stunning sight to see at night however it can get crowded. Avoid the main entrance to the mall by the Souk Al Bahar and Madinat after dark, particularly on Thursday and Friday nights – you will likely get stuck in a human traffic jam.

Be smart and book a table on the terrace at Karma Café (which is just above the connecting Souk Al Bahar Bridge), which offers a far more relaxing experience with the same views. Or if you really feel like taking it up a notch book in for dinner at Sean Connolly at Dubai Opera – the rooftop restaurant offers expansive views of the fountains, plus their roof terrace has one of the most unique views of the Burj Khalifa – perfect for your Instagram page.

Book your Burj Khalifa tour in advance

Dubai tripsFor people planning Dubai trips, a visit to the Burj Khalifa is a must-do. Given it’s the most famous building in the world, it’s popular with visitors, especially during peak tourist season in winter! Get ahead of the crowd and pre-book your tickets, you can opt for a premium fast-track ticket that takes you straight to the highest floor.

Another great tip is to book in at At.mosphere, which is located just beneath the main observation deck on level 122 – you’ll avoid the queue and enjoy a delicious meal while relaxing at your table – just be sure to request a window seat for the best view. Reservations are essential, while the high tea is popular why not try their new breakfast offer and take in views in the morning?
